All of the dismantling, cleaning and painting is done! Next step is to recover the sling chairs. Well its been three months now, and we have only looked at a few places. We put an offer in on one of the first ones we viewed and lost out. Then, nothing…for a long time. Recently, we viewed 2 more places. One was completely done, and one was a renovation project. The completed one was a 3 level townhouse with 3 levels of decks. It had fabulous views.
